Old Fashioned Sam’s is a vibrant hospitality destination in the heart of Dublin, created to bring people together through exceptional food, handcrafted cocktails, live entertainment, and unforgettable atmosphere. Founded by brothers Chris, Brendan, and Liam Kelly, our venue is built on a shared passion for genuine hospitality, quality craftsmanship, and creating spaces where every guest feels welcome.

Old Fashioned Sam's is a single Dublin 2 building with three connected spaces — and one shared standard running through the lot. This is what that standard looks like.
craft not theatre
Every cocktail on the list is built from scratch. Fat-washed spirits, house clarifications, infusions made on-site. Classics poured properly. No flair, no smoke for the sake of smoke — just drinks made the way they should be by people who actually know how.
food that holds it own
Laura's Restaurant exists because we wanted somewhere upstairs where the food matched what was happening at the bar downstairs. Modern Irish, seasonal, built around what's good that week — not what's easy to scale.
a venue that flows
Three spaces, one staircase between each. Drinks in the courtyard, dinner at Laura's, late cocktails at the Parlour. One coordinator, one bar team, one kitchen — designed for the kind of evening that doesn't need to move buildings.
